My best mate’s Uncle Mick loved beer. But he really wasn’t supposed to drink anymore.

Whilst his wife mowed the lawn, Uncle Mick supped his share of a twelve-pack of Sleeman’s Honey Brown. When the mower stopped, he slid his empties over so my mate took the blame.

This beer blends five Suffolk malts with five kilos of Suffolk honey. Uncle Mick would have loved it.

All our beers are fined with isinglass.
