Dr Robert American Pale Ale

They say you should never meet your heroes. (Or work with children and animals.) 

But the great thing about beer is how easy it is to drink your heroes. Or brew something in homage.

Dr. Robert is such an offering. A loving tribute to the original gateway to craft beer — Sierra Nevada Pale Ale. 

This beer is a simple brew. Just pale malt, a touch of crystal and a dash of wheat. And Cascade hops top to bottom: kettle for assertive bitterness, whirlpool for flavour and dry hops for aroma.

But simple can sometimes be sublime. Dr. Robert is a cracking pint, and we think you’ll love it.

This batch has a best before of May 2023, but don't let that put you off ordering, as they're still in tip top condition. We were a bit conservative with our labelling for this batch — we'll know better next time!
