Lovely Rita Modern Bitter

Lovely Rita is a bitter that’s been brewed using modern techniques and modern British hops. 

A solid slug of Suffolk malt sits under generous helpings of Boadicea, Endeavour and Jester hops. 

These delicious hops are ‘whirlpooled’ so we can extract maximum flavour without too much bitterness. And then we dry hop for even more aroma and flavour.

The result is the best of two parts of the beer world: a decent traditional pale ale, but with all the flavour that comes from some of the latest British hops.
